Product Overview

WORKSHOP NOTICEECU Calibration / IMA Coding Required

This injector requires 6-8 digit calibration code programming (IMA / QR code) into the vehicle ECU (using Bosch KTS, Lexia/Diagbox or equivalent diagnostic equipment) following replacement to balance cylinder fuel delivery and prevent DTC P0300 misfire codes.

The Bosch 0445120126 is an industrial-duty CRIN2-16 common rail diesel fuel injector engineered for heavy earthmoving machinery powered by the Mitsubishi D04FR and D04FR-TAA 3.3L four-cylinder turbocharged intercooled diesel engines (factory platform code YN33CRD, rated from 69 kW / 92 HP to 74 kW / 99 HP). Widely deployed in Kobelco SK130-8, SK135SR-2, and SK140SRLC hydraulic excavators as well as Kato HD512IV machines meeting Tier 3 and Stage IIIA emissions, this injector operates at rail pressures up to 1600 bar. Internal hydraulic components include precision hole-type nozzle 0433172069 (stamped DLLA135P1747), control valve set F00RJ02266, and 24V solenoid actuator F00VC30301. Workshop failure symptoms under harsh excavation duty cycles include excessive backleakage, hard starting when hot, black smoke under hydraulic load, engine surging, and rail pressure fault codes.

Before You Order

CRITICAL INSTALLATION NOTICE: Thoroughly clean and ream the injector seat in the cylinder head prior to installation. Always fit a brand-new copper sealing washer of correct thickness (standard 1.5mm) and lubricate the viton body O-ring with clean engine oil. Torque the injector hold-down clamp bolt to 25-30 N·m in a smooth single motion to ensure gas-tight combustion sealing and prevent blow-by carbon buildup.

Diagnostic Trouble Codes & Fault Protocols

Common diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) triggered when this common rail injector experiences wear, circuit faults, or calibration drift:

P0087Critical

Fuel Rail / System Pressure Too Low

Excessive internal backleak from worn control valve seats drops common rail pressure below target under engine load.

P0201 - P0208High

Injector Circuit Malfunction / Open Circuit

Solenoid coil resistance drift (0.2-0.5 Ω) or piezo stack degradation triggers driver stage shutdown on affected cylinders.

P0300 / P0301+High

Cylinder Misfire & Balancing Deviation

Carbon-clogged nozzle spray holes or missing IMA calibration causes uneven cylinder contribution. Recode ECM and verify washer seating.

P0088High

Fuel Rail / System Pressure Too High

Spill line backpressure or stuck metering valve prevents rail depressurization, creating overpressure risks under load.
